The Inside of the villa has been furnished in a modern style with many home comforts provided. There is a CD player / stereo radio system in the kitchen diner area and in the Lounge a full size TV with attached DVD player. A Hotbird Satellite system is also installed giving access to a few hundred European and Asian channels. There is also a growing library of music CDs and film DVDs which are provided for those rare occasions when you might want to sit inside. There is also a wall-mounted TV fitted in the master bedroom connected to a separate DVD player and a CD music system in the second bedroom.
On the upstairs landing there is a modern PC computer workstation complete with Windows 7, USB ports, CD & DVD Writer and colour printer. The PC is also connected to the Internet along with pre-paid Skype access (free phonecalls to landlines in Europe via a provided Skype phone) A good selection of software has also been provided including MS Office, Autoroute Europe, Paint Shop Pro and many other programmes. For those people with digital cameras, it should be possible to download your pictures, edit them, and then save on to a CD ready to free up more space on a memory card. For those budding authors there are word processing programs to write your latest masterpiece.
Although there is no standard telephone provided, most people nowadays pack a mobile phone. The mobile telephone reception at the villa is very good and is impressive throughout the peninsula

The fitted kitchen has a good selection of cupboards with all the utensils, crockery and accessories needed to accommodate a family of eight. Cooking is all electric with two hotplates and a combination grill / oven with an extractor hood mounted above, a microwave oven, chilled water dispenser and of course an important gadget: the toaster. A large fridge freezer has plenty of room to cater for the chilled drinks and salads which will become an important part of your diet. An automatic washing machine is also provided in the kitchen and along with an ironing board and iron allows you to cut down on the amount of clothes that you have to pack. A vacuum cleaner is another addition which aids in keeping the wooden laminate floors clean. A selection of adjustable fans are provided throughout the villa and can be moved from room to room as the need arises.

There is a selection of Turkish guide books, novels and magazines with ideas for planning your days out, a pair of binoculars and a tripod mounted telescope for gazing at the horizon and a hubble-bubble pipe for trying out a traditional Turkish water-cooled experience.
